TWR is a method of self-healing that helps you release psychological and physical pains, enhances confidence and enhances sports performance. TWR is very rapidly effective, like a vacuum cleaner that allows you to clear away old memories and feelings you are carrying from hurtful experiences.

TWR relieves physical pains from tension headaches, migraines, backaches, irritable bowel syndrome, physical trauma and surgery, arthritis, fibromyalgia and cancer.

TWR helps to deal with cravings and allergies.

TWR not only relieves stresses but also transforms your attitude towards stress - from one of annoyance to one of gratitude that you are being offered further opportunities to clear the bucket of "stuffed" junk that you carry with you, and to reprogram your hard drive (which you let a little child program for you).

TWR is one of the easiest and fastest of the many Energy Psychology therapies,.

Symptoms which users of TWR have reported are helped:

  • Pains of all sorts – physical and psychological
  • Phobias, including school avoidance
  • Post-traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD)
  • Angers
  • Insomnia
  • Motion sickness and morning sickness of pregnancy
  • Emotional distress
  • Cravings
  • Allergies
  • Reducing side effects and the doses needed for some medications
  • Relationships, social issues, performance anxieties, low self-confidence
  • Family members’ anxieties and distress
  • Relationship problems

WHEE' is the original name of this method

WHEE is the Wholistic Hybrid derived from EMDR and EFT.

    1. EMDR involves alternating stimulation of the left and right sides of the brain, as in tapping on the left and right sides of your body.

2a. EFT invites you to focus your mind on your problem as you tap anywhere on the left and right sides of your body

2b. You then focus your mind on strongly positive thoughts and feelings

The intensity of negativity you are focusing on decreases with these 3 simple steps

Many people love the exuberance of the name "WHEE." Others (as in the business world) are put off by this exuberance. For them, the name "TWR" works better (Transformative Wholistic Reintegration).

WHEE and TWR eBooks and eWorkbooks are therefore available to suit your preference
